We are seeking passionate early-career engineers who are excited to build modern web applications augmented with AI capabilities.

You will work on US-based AI product development engagement while learning to integrate AI/LLM-powered features into real-world applications.

🚀 What you’ll work on

• Building full-stack applications using modern frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React.js) for the legal industry (law firm-focused products)
• Integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows) into web applications
• Writing clean, maintainable, and test-driven code
• Collaborating in agile teams using pair programming and code reviews
• Experimenting with AI tools to improve development productivity

✅ Must-have skills

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms)
• Experience with at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Python, etc.)
• Understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS)

🌟 Good-to-have (AI + Modern Engineering)

• Exposure to concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings / vector search (basic awareness is enough), prompt engineering
• Awareness of challenges like hallucinations and response evaluation
• Basic understanding of AI/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, open-source models)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and API integrations
• Awareness of concepts like AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Internship/project experience (6–12 months is a plus)
• Familiarity with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews)
