We are seeking passionate early-career engineers (0 to 2 years of experience) who are excited to build modern web applications augmented with AI capabilities.

You will work on AI-driven product development for the legal industry, focusing on US-based law firms, in a full-stack engineering role with AI/LLM integration.

◆ Compensation

• Fixed annual salary: ₹13,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 (based on skills and interview performance)
• Performance-based yearly bonus of up to ₹3,00,000 paid quarterly

◆ What you’ll work on

• Building full-stack applications using modern frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React.js)
• Integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows) into web applications
• Writing clean, maintainable, and test-driven code
• Collaborating in agile teams using pair programming and code reviews
• Experimenting with AI tools to improve development productivity

◆ Must-have skills

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms)
• Experience with at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Python, etc.)
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS) and JavaScript basics, including DOM manipulation and asynchronous programming (e.g., promises / async-await)

◆ Good-to-have (AI + Modern Engineering)

• Internship/project experience (6–12 months is a plus)
• Hands-on exposure to concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings / vector search, and prompt engineering (academic or project-level is sufficient)
• Practical understanding of challenges like hallucinations and response evaluation
• Experience using AI/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, open-source models) in projects or experiments
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating external services
• Experience with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews)
